Dr. Tim Awotide, is the Presiding Pastor of Citadel of Praise Manchester. Dr. Tim has been at Liberty University’s since 2017.

At Liberty University, he teaches on many of the School’s executive programmes helping leaders from corporate, government and non-profit organisations grapple with the complex organisational challenges they face.

His research, teaching and consulting activities are closely interlinked. One major stream of his research, conducted with colleagues at Open University Business School (OUBS), examines the role and development of CEOs in large corporations. Based on interviews with over 70 CEOs across the globe, this research explores what it takes to lead a large corporation today. From this research, he and his colleagues have developed numerous models of leadership in action that he uses with executives and in his consulting work.

Dr. Tim is the Chairman of Perfecting Leadership Conference (PLC), an organization charged with promoting and teaching leadership and Management skills to all people of all nations. He consults, mentors and coaches Pastors, speaks regularly at Leadership Conferences, Churches, Corporations, Minister’s Conferences, Seminars and other Leadership Development Opportunities.

He is the author of “The Overflowing Dimensions Of God,” Fundamentals Reason Why Study Philosophy, How To Stay Relevant in This Present Age, and “At Last”. He has a passion to challenge people to pursue and maximise their God-given potential.

Pastor Tim is happily married to Pastor Mrs Bukky and they are blessed with three children.
